Ecco is North Carolina’s Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Substance Use Prevention Treatment Recovery Services’ online data reporting system. It is utilized solely by the DMH/DD/Substance Use Services Prevention Block Grant-funded organizations in North Carolina to track strategy implementation and progress. This data collection system is ONLY accessible by the DMH/DD/SUS Block Grant organizations.
